The first part of the session will cover the history, science and facts about the man himself. Then, together, being fully guided, we will discover the power of the cold with exercises (some might involve a bucket of ice!). We will work on developing a focused mindset and explore, through practice, the skill and beauty of supportive breathwork. The whole session will create a deep feeling and understanding of the power held within.
