Bear the Weight Well - Accessible Ways Toward Wrist Balances

An exploration into working towards some of those harder to reach wrist balances, learning the connections between simpler poses and the more fancy ones and the use of props and methods to experience them, no matter our strength or ability. We will look at the reasons why these poses are important for bone health, muscle power as well as our organic functioning and the techniques that can be applied to bring us closer to them, or to achieve a deeper understanding of them.

Suitable for anyone with at least one year or more yoga practice.
