About the event
This two hour Yin Yoga and Breathwork practice offers space for quiet reflection and contemplation to refine our quality of attention.
We live in chronically stressful times, described by Pico Iyer as the “age of distraction” where we normalise feelings of exhaustion and overstimulation. This practice helps us turn inwards and pay attention to our inner world, offering wisdom from the ancient traditions that are arguably more relevant today than they have ever been in terms of offering us effective tools to address our physiological and neurological needs.
With poetry and journaling prompts this workshop offers space to fully inhabit ourselves, developing an attitude of attentiveness and kindness within.
Attendees are required to bring yoga mats, straps, bolsters or pillows, bricks and pens and paper.
